Project Officer x 2: Rwandan Girls’ Education and Advancement Programme 2
We are seeking two highly qualified Project Officers for the Rwandan Girls’ Education and Advancement Programme 2 (REAP 2), which will be delivered in partnership between Link Community Development and Health Poverty Action.
REAP 2 will improve the life chances of marginalised girls in 28 poor and rural schools in Nyaruguru District. By improving retention, enrolment, quality, governance and budgeting of education, the project will support girls in particular (as well as boys) to complete a level of education and transition to the next stage of education, to TVET, or employment / livelihood opportunities.
School Improvement Project Officer
The School Improvement Project Officer will lead and build capacity to deliver a ‘School Performance Review and Gender Audit’ process in 28 schools in Nyaruguru District. The aim is to enable school stakeholders to develop and achieve evidence-based School Improvement Plans which improve the quality of education with a particular focus on improving learning outcomes for girls.
Community Mobilisation Project Officer
The Community Mobilisation Project Officer will support 75 communities Nyaruguru District to establish and run Community Study Groups. These after-school groups will use fun, participatory, game-based exercises focused on Kinyarwanda, English and Maths to raise the learning outcomes of girls (and boys) in 28 target schools.

Consultancy: External MEL of Link Community Development Girls' Education Project in Ethiopia
Link Community Development is tendering for external evaluation services for the ‘Supporting Transition of Adolescent Girls through Enhancing Systems’ (STAGES) implemented in south-western Ethiopia. We are now inviting suitably qualified persons / agencies to tender to undertake the external Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) for this 8-year GEC-Transition project. The details are in the attached TOR and annexes.

- Ability to communicate and make connections with diverse groups of people to increase their interest in our work
- Presentation skills and confidence
- Ability to use powerpoint (preferred)
- An experience of community fundraising (preferred)
